[Blindtlk] Several Questions

The program is Jarte spelled J a r t e.  You can search for it from Google.
There are two versions. A free version and a pro version.  I have never
tried the pro because the free has worked well enough for me.

Where do you find chart? I have never heard of it before. I have use open
office. That is also free.
