There are utilities one can purchase that will undelete all or parts of
deleted files but they aren't part of Windows per se. the sooner one uses
such a utility, the more likely one is to get a successful undelete.
This assumes, of course, that one actually deleted the file(s), not just
sent them to the recycle bin. If one has just done this )(a simple delete),
one just goes into the recycle bin and restores the file(s).

 It's my understanding you can't. That happened to me in February and I
never found a way to retrieve them. Email you can retrieve.
