[Blindtlk] Frustration with Netflix.com

For access reasons, my husband and I abandoned Netflix a year and a half
ago. Their phone support is great, the tech support very understanding and
kind, but understanding and kind does not always grant access. The issue
really needs to go to the site developers, which I had suggested several
times over the period we started with Netflix in 2005.
Now, we are very happy with Amazon prime.

Is anyone else having excess ability issues with Netflix.com? My boyfriend
and I were simply trying to watch Stephen King's "The Tand" and couldbarely
even get it to accept his Netflix account let alone find a movie. We were
using a PC with NVDA and jaws 16. Sorry Netflix, but we weren't interested
in the TV show Jesse or anything else you randomly picked for us. The screen
was reading what it felt like too. Only thing I could think of that would
somewhat affect things is my mouse. Both the mouse and keyboard are
Bluetooth. Any other ideas
