Yes, I posted it to the NAGDU list already!  They are a wealth of 
information and have been so valuable to me over the past years.

If you know of service dog groups, for disabilities other than blindness, 
that you could forward the survey to, that would be amazing!   I don't have 
as many connections with service dog users as I do with guide dog users.

Have you spoken with anyone fro NAGDU (National Association of Guide Dog 
Users)? The website, www.nagdu.org, has information and ways to contact the 
NAGDU board members. This is a way to gather information from guide dog 
users who also have a lot of contact with many other guide dog users.
