[Blindtlk] Catching up with all of you, and vaping does anyone else do it?

Good question Justin. I think it's breathing in substances. similar to using an inhaler for asthma. I'm simplifying things but I believe that's how some people medically use marijuana.

When I firswt got the kitty her name was Penny, so that's how I got Penelope, and Vega is my last name so.
