[Blindtlk] Saving and Opening Files with JAWS 16: Needing Some Help

Hi All,
  Could someone please explain the layout of MSWord 2013's saving and opening of files screens with JAWS 16? After being forced to upgrade from MSWord 2003 to 2013 (yes, a serious leap) at work, I am completely lost on these screens as they are really different from 2003 and thus I am currently having to use annoying and slow work-arounds to be able to either open or save files as I can not comprehend these screens right now with JAWS. Any help in either of these two areas using JAWS 16 (latest update) and if it matters (likely not) Windows 7 (latest update) would be extremely appreciated!
