[Blindtlk] iPhone ringer help

I looked in settings places on my iPhone and 
found nothing. I suspect this is a 
carrier-specific setting that you set with your 
carrier, not the phone itself. This makes sense 
as voicemail is an external service. The iPhone 
just makes it look like it is a part of the phone itself.
