[Blindtlk] reading

I would like to be educated on using Blio.  What can you all tell me, how do I get started?

Besides Blio, and audible.com, what other formats can I use on the pc for
reading books?

I haven't ordered an audible ook yet; I'd prefer to read the book with JAWS
or something like that.  Are the books on amazon accessible?
