[Blindtlk] Scanned PDF to Text Converter

Sine the release of JAWS 17, there is an OCR converter within the program.
To access it, press inster-space, press "O" for OCR, and then either "D" for
document or "S" for screen.

Linux has tesseract and the tesseract-data-en package for that but since
it's got to be jaws compatible, I can't help any further.
