It's a good time to analyze their records on the court and find out what 
adverse and/or beneficial impacts their service on the Court has had on 
protected class citizens in our specific case people with disabilities. 
Such analysis may properly be grounds for future arguments to either 
overturn decisions adverse to people with disabilities or where needed 
promote such opinions and decisions in future when appropriate cases come 
up for review.
