[Blindtlk] credit card readers help please

Is anyone familiar with the Pay Pal Here ap?  It allows you to be able to accept payments in person by accepting credit cards.   So you run the ap on your phone or iPad with the credit card reader plugged into your device.   Very awesome for things like craft shows, garage sales or other similar temporary location type of sales.  

I have checked out the ap and it appears to be accessible, although I have not tried every single feature.  I received my credit card reader today.  However it plugs into the audio jack of my iPad.  So when I plug it in, Voice Over no longer uses the speaker. Voice Over is still running and working, I just can’t hear it because it’s sending the audio to the headphone jack, which of course is being used by the card reader.

Any ideas on what I can do to get this to work?
