[Blindtlk] funding for assistive technology

I know our state (not the agency), has a lending program for adaptive 
equipment, but I believe you either need to be going to school or working.

Not only that, many states have misappropriated funds for assistive
technology over the years one study I read on this was in Mathilde
Ziegler Magazine.  No idea what's happened since that study was released
though.
