[Blindtlk] Having a Problem...

I think it is cool to give ideas of bananas, pineapple, etc. etc. etc., but Kerry has a rather severe sleep issue. Her very best shot is to go to the edoc and then go from there, though I think the sun and some exercise would be good, too.

Bananas are also supposed to help you sleep.

How much sunlight are you getting during daylight hours, if little to none even if your eyes can't see the sun sunlight has other ways of getting into your body.  One of the newer ways ultraviolet light is administered to people who have seasonal affective disorder is to have the light shine behind their knees.  Something else to try, can you eat pineapple?  It has melatonin in it and can help with proper sleep regulation.  Before trying to deal with this using the heavily advertised drug these approaches may work and provide fewer side-effects.
