[Blindtlk] Google hangouts

>From what I have read by at least one other who has used google hangouts 
it's very accessible.  I don't know if chromevox supports google 
hangouts but if it does, that's where google put all of its 
accessibility support for jaws and jaws has had the most support 
provided for it in the past.
