Hello:

I just signed it and it worked fine.  Be sure to check there are no spaces 
left in the link by some email programs.  It is a bit confusing but, if you 
arrow down through the page, you will find the correct place to sign.  It 
will ask for your first name, last name, email address and zip code.  Then 
in a minute, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your signature. 
You just click on the link provided and that is all.  I hope this helps.  .

When I went there, it's basically said that the page was being worked on. 
Maybe it was the website was being worked on. It did go to the White House 
website but that particular page apparently was not available.
