[Blindtlk] Good afternoon everyone, Re: A Horrible Experience at Kmart

My best friend who is sighted shops online all the time because she has no
desire to shop in stores anymore. The only thing she doesn't do online is
grocery shopping, because she is too impatient to put the effort into our
local chain's web site. As for me, I work full time and have other
disabilities, and going out to do errands and shop is not fun anymore. It's
exhausting. Lol.

Subject: [Blindtlk] Good afternoon everyone, Re: A Horrible Experience at
Kmart
Hello Brian and everyone,
The same can be said for those blind people that prefer to shop
online or via an automatic replenishment service than to waste time
going to the store to buy items they could buy online quite easily,
fighting with paratransit when it comes time to bring the goods home and
one can spend time more productively. Why should we be made to feel like
hermits and always feel the need to put ourselves on display for the
public when sighted individuals avail themselves of these conveniences
without reservation so they can make more efficient use of their time
and saving money in the process.
