[Blindtlk] Jambalaya Mix Instructions?

The latest thing I did with it after defrosting our big freezer was to set 
the dial at the correct temperature, then check the tactile notch to make 
sure I was remembering the right spot.

Actually, I wish I had one.  I learned to use one when I was in school as a
kid and thought it was the coolest thing to be able to read print.  Too bad
they don't make them any more.
