Hi all,

Sadly this isn't an April fool.  You can read more on the FS website at
http://www.freedomscientific.com/About/News/Article/167.

It doesn't seem as though the two screen reader manufacturers merging can be a good thing for lower prices or more innovation.  I wonder if there's a role for the Federation here to make representations/try and shine a spotlight if the larger entity starts to act against the interests of blind people.
