[Blindtlk] Serious problem with my iPhone 5S

I have a similar problem with my iPhone 5S.  The memory being almost full. I believe, however, my problem is from email and podcast. I did not know about the thumb drive available for the iPhone. Where could I get such a drive, and how do I determine that I have one that has the correct fit for the iPhone? Thank you.
