[Blindtlk] how about painting?

Duct tape will leave a sticky residue. It's also super difficult to pull
off when your done. They make tape specifically for painting jobs. The
sticky part is quite a lot like the stuff on post it notes. It's amazing
stuff! You can stick and unstick a few times, which is nice if you don't
get it exactly right the first time. It also leaves no residue and it won't
pull off anything you wanted left on the wall.

I also use painters tape when I do presentations. I can tape my posters or
other visual aids to any surface without any fear of messing up their fancy
white boards or whatever. It's also on sale at True Value this week if
you're really excited about getting some! LOL

This is why God invented duct tape. One piece will cover the entire switch
pretty nicely no matter what size or how many switches. It's pretty water
resistant too.
