[Blindtlk] Question about SSI

It would need editors who log contacts and evidence in favor of 
correcting mistakes separate from data entry personnel.  This is often 
the case since data entry is a separate operation (contractor work) done 
during nighttime hours in some Federal agencies.  No comment on how 
social security handles this since I've never been on the inside of that 
agency.
