The coast is being evacuated. They've closed schools in the midlands to use
them as emergency shelters. We're fine here in the midlands; we will see
some rain, but that's it, and only a couple of inches of that.

Hi Ericka thanks for your message.  Even though the storm has not yet hit
Florida, my family is already making preparations.  I will keep you posted
as time progresses.
