[Blindtlk] eclipse

I listened to the ACB Radio coverage and the NASA soundscapes on the
Eclipse 2017 site. I sat outdoors but nothing was different at all.
However, people who had the necessary glasses saw something and some
captured pics on their phone and posted to FB.
