Dear Members,

I hope all of you are doing well.  I wanted to give you an update
on my independence.  For the past three weeks we had some friends
visiting from Trinidad and Tobago.  Last week one of their
daughters decided to bake some lava cupcakes.  I assisted her
with scraping the filling off of the orio cookies and putting it
into the bowl with the cream cheese.  This week I heated up my
own food without assistance from anyone.  These are small steps
toward improving my independence.
