[Blindtlk] Access Paratransit

Uber and Lift are not countrywide.  I think each bus system is going to depend on the location.  Our bus system has been door to door for everyone, not just disabled or seniors.  I ride to and from work with teachers, college students, etc.  Some are disabled, some are not.
