[Blindtlk] Keystroke Needed....

Hi James,
Hi James,
Two more possibilities.
1. Did you delete the folder accidentally? If so, it's in the "Deleted
Items" folder.
2. Is the folder a sub-folder? If your folder is a sub-folder of your inbox,
your screen reader would say, "Inbox closed, one item," and then you could
open the inbox to see the folder.
I forgot to mention, CTRL, Y works in the folder list and when you are in a
folder, too. And I really hope you find that folder!

Hi James,
I am using Windows 10 and Outlook 2016, but the keystroke I use is CTRL, Y.
When you are in the inbox and press this keystroke, JAWS will say, "go to
folder dialogue" and show a list of folders for you.
I hope this helps.

Subject: [Blindtlk] Keystroke Needed....
Dear friends,
I hope that someone has a better memory than I do. LOLL I am using
Windows 7, with the included E-mail software. When I do to my E-mail In
Box, there usually is a additional folder called something like Quick
E-mails, or something like that. Basically if I do not Delete an E-mail,
but have read it via the In Box, the E-mail from all of my accounts will go
to this additional folder. This way all of my read E-mail can be easily
accessed, until I Delete. But all of a sudden this additional folder is no
longer being shown! I remember that there is an easy keystroke to get the
folder shown once again, but I do not recall what it is. Does anyone know?
Thank you so much for your help!
Respectfully,
James
