[Blindtlk] Double Spacing on BrailleNote Apex

Hi all, How can I get KeyWord to automatically insert double 
spaces in a file? I changed the setting from single to double, 
but once I save the file, the lyout change is gone.  How can I 
fix this? Thanks.
