Try Windos-X  and arrow to it. What you will actually read will be the shut-down and its submenu is there.

Hello Listers,

I woke to find Windows had updated and now my Start menu is changed. I can't find the Power button and my volume was lowered. Also, all the icons are now in a straight vertical line on the Start Menu. I like this nice neat arrangement. DId anybody else experience this? I want my Power button! Geesh!
