[Blindtlk] Hmm! How to Change something in IE?

So I found how to add feeds in IE. Guess that's why nobody responded
to my queries about other podcatchers. But, it says I have to turn on
Automatic updates for receive my feed updates. How do I do this?
Also, if I didn't add them to my favorites how do I get to them since
I am being Told Subscribe to this feed and Feed Discovery is not
available? And, can I change it and add it to my favorite bar after
the fact?
