[Blindtlk] Boy I Miss Outlook Express!

Outlook 2016 works great (in my opinion) with gmail.

So the Internet is constantly out on a daily basis over here. Anybody who
might need to know, I do not recommend Suddenlink!As a result along with the
massive amounts of emails from my lists I can't get caught up and cleared
out like I used to. OE had the ability to work off-line, but Gmail does not.
Consequently, I have more influx than reduction. Is there any way for me to
do this,? I could read and delete to my heart's content and anything I had
outbound would be sent once I was online again.
