Maybe what you should do here is to call the Microsoft accessibility line.
I have found them to be very helpful. (800 936-5900.

Ok Well. I guess I'll look to see if it's there. All I hear talk of is
Office 365 and when I go to the store that's what I am told they have.
I don't know about a product key either. I put a copy of Office 2007 on hear
but will have to look and see if Outlook is there and how to set it up.
Julie, the Internet belongs to my Mama so probably not a chance at me
talking to them since they'd need her account info and she is paranoid I
guess and won't even give me account info to pay a bill around here. When I
moved ther she kept nagging me about paying bills and all I had was $20 when
I left, and so, one day the phone company called and I made a change for her
lowering her bill and now she acts like it was the greatest offense ever.
She opted to get rid of her home phone after awhile and blames that on me
for getting her a better deal, though she doesn't acknowledge that. Would
Mozilla Thunderbird be able to do this? I tried installing it once and got
confused, but might try again.

How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young,
compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of
the weak and strong. Because someday in your life you will have been all of
these.
