Good morning everyone,

	They really need to have a "Feedback" area on their Website and in
their apps. This applies to both Lyft and Uber. One thing I wish they would
add is the ability to give the drivers special instructions such as giving
them gatecodes. My wife missed an Uber ride due to this issue. We were
charged a "No-Show" fee of $5.00. Had she been able to include our gatecode
in her ride request this would have been avoided. Otherwise we're having
wonderful experiences with both Lyft and Uber in San Antonio.

Thank you for asking this Justin! I'm guessing the only way you can get
through to them is through the app itself. There is no customer service
through Uber as far as I can see. If I am wrong and there is a phone number
for Uber also let me know! I'm having a lot of problems with my Uber app and
there's nothing to be done. Already did the uninstall reinstall. Part of it
is a Company problem I have.
