Also, I couldn't seem to cancel a ride with lyft either.  Does anyone know how to cancel rides?

I have been using Lyft more rather than  Uber over the last several months and ran into a problem recently.
I could not get the Lyft app to accept a split ride request before my ride ended. When I looked at the troubleshooting part of the app later, it lead me to believe I would be able to email from the website. But I could not get the “I am not a robot” button activated with voice over. I wasn’t sure how to report my problems to Lyft after that. This happened a couple of weeks ago, so before the most recent update. So I don’t know if the problem has been resolved yet.

You're right, Justin. I haven't tried to get through to a person before. That's the only phone number I found but you can do your own Google search to see if you can find something else.

Lyft does have a customer service number. It is 855-865-9553. I found it via a Google search. The only calling feature I i've found in the Lyft App is a "Call me" feature which iPhone by tapping on help> help center> reporting an accident, safety incident or citation.

Uber also has a critical response phone number: 800-353-8237, which I also found by doing a Google search and not in the app.

Remember, if you were having a guy dog related issue, contact your NFB state president about the NFB Lyft and Uber settlement follow-up program.

Thank you for asking this Justin! I'm guessing the only way you can get through to them is through the app itself. There is no customer service through Uber as far as I can see. If I am wrong and there is a phone number for Uber also let me know! I'm having a lot of problems with my Uber app and there's nothing to be done. Already did the uninstall reinstall. Part of it is a Company problem I have.
