[Blindtlk] The Windows 10 Creators Update

Yes, I have had it done, but needed sighted assistance, because the computer
needs to reboot and there are instructions on the screen before Windows and
Jaws boot up all the way.  I tried it on my own anyway to bypass that so I
could get to the screen reader, but it didn't work.
