[Blindtlk] Question about an old cane...

That is very interesting.  I do remember that they used to say that the cane
should be at about sternum hight, but that may have even been after the
wooden cane era.

Thanks much for the insight on the short cane technique!  I didn't know
those earlier canes were shorter since at Overbrook the canes were wooden
but mostly full length and not bamboo either.
