Right. The sternum cane was way too short for me, so was outfitted with
another not quite to the chin, which suited me perfectly. That old rigid
fiberglass cane has lots of miles on it, to include mountain backpacking.

Judy I remember being told that in the 80s. It was too short for me and it
stab me in the gut so consequently because I was mid-partial at the time it
went into the closet never to come out until oh maybe the late 1990s. And
then if the person told me it should come up to your nose about and that was
a revelation. I've never turned back!
