[Blindtlk] Printing labels and envelopes, or finding alternatives?

You can get flat rate boxes or envelopes, which don't require any
weighing. These can be picked up at the post office or ordered on line
and are free. Well, unless you purchase the postage prepaid version,
then you pay the postage up front.
