I downloaded the app onto my phone and then I did it all by connecting to my
wi-fi, connecting to the amazon network, which is described, and then my
own.

According to instructions I just read on Google you connect it to your
wi-fi.  It didn't say anything about a computer.

HI WE JUST RECEIVED A DOT AND WE ARE TRYING TO SET IT UP WITH MY COMPUTER. I
CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET IT TO CONNECT WIRELESSLY WHAT IS THE ACTUAL
SETUP PROCESS? DOES IT NEED TO BE PLUGGED IN TO MY COMPUTER TO COMPLETE
