[Blindtlk] Rehab Job ads requirements

Employment standards have declined.  If someone a few years ago got a 
Rehab degree from Michigan State University part of their learning 
requirement was to live as we do for at least a week.  With no more than 
a high school degree such exposures and learning from such exposures is 
denied to employer employee and any students they may teach.
