[Blindtlk] Is BARD Down?

If you have a laptop or a desktop computer and NLS has set you up for BARD 
and you have a password, you should be able to access BARD's main page and 
there are instructions concerning how to use BARD.  I hope this helps.  If 
this is not helpful, call your local NLS library and they should be able to 
help.

Well guess what? You know what? I don't know how to download the files
from regular BARD. What is normal Bard anyway? And I do not have a
phone capable of using Bard Mobile!!!!
