Hey, Jude, sorry for the delayed reply.

The answer is "no," because Google doesn't see Windows as a viable platform
and as a result, not even the Windows phone has a Gmail client.

The only thing for windows is for one to log onto the web and check their
email, but I believe there's a Chrome plugin called "Notifier for GmailT"
that would notify one of email messages on the desktop.

google has been writing many apps down through the years.  Did it ever write
one specifically for gmail that runs on windows that's also accessible?
