[BlindTlk] Accessible QR Code readers

With iOS 11 or higher, the built in camera app will read QR Codes, but I am
not certain how accessible it is.
This built in function doesn't provide feedback when the camera 'sees' a QR
Code so I don't know if I have captured a QR Code or not.
