David,

Do you think you could share the attached call for participants with NFB listservs in the New York and Connecticut affiliates?

John Heilbrunne is a friend of mine from Denmark, and a trustworthy source.

Thanks!

Hi brian.
You may recall my request regarding propagating amongst born blind persons in the Connecticut / new Haven and neighbouring area a request for participation in a brain study.
Finally, Prof ron Kupers has made the attached description and call for participants.
do you think it, with its wording wil work or is it too complex?
And do you have ideas on - how through ACB / NFB to circulate the call to relevant persons for their participation?

Let me hear what you think.

zzzz
John

Is this more palatable and better to your taste?

Hi John,

You got it right. I a am a great Stockhausen (and similar style of music) fan and I can't bear listening to Abba. I will try to abbanize the text though, and chase the monkeys out of it.

It is very interesting. The issue is, Ron, if we want to make persons with the right capacities and previous history interested, and you dump a description like this on them, they will not understand a word, just think that, hey, they are talking about monkeys, how dare they… It is necessary,if we should post an add in the Blindness network around New Haven, that we express ourselves in plain, simple, very easy to understand terms, which spark interest without leaving persons behind due to complex terminology.
Now that I have been drilled through your lengthy article in the report (did you by the way receive the total braille report), I can understand what you right. But mr. Joe or Ms. Stina from the area would not understand m much of what you express.
Get down from your prof. stool, daddy and try to give us the yeast of the survey and people’s involvement with simple E English amd no scientific or high level words.
The content is fine, but the song is more Stockhausen than Abba.
Love
J
