[BlindTlk] New group: Blind Know-How.

Hi, All,

 

Thanks to a suggestion from a list member, I have created the Blind Know-How
list.  There is already a Blind Know-How group on Facebook,

and now we have the extra advantage of a list.  This list is to be a
problem-solving list on alternative techniques, and how-to issues concerning
blind people and those we are around.
