[BlindTlk] Sending money with Paypal?

Folks,

 

I just went into Paypal to try to send money, and found that the edit box
where you would normally write in the dollar amount, will not take the
amount.

 

I am using Jaws on a PC laptop, Jaws 18, and I tried both with IE 11 and
Google Chrome.  The edit box is acting like an edit box, but doesn't receive
the dollar amount.

 

I hav had Paypal now for about ten years, but haven't attempted to send
money since last summer, and I know Paypal has had an update since then.

 

Any ideas or work-arounds appreciated, and thanks.
