I dunno but JAWS does that. I guess cuz JAWS uses more the logistics of the
computer even zoomtext for people who use screen readers. I had that
experience before that the magnifier lagged and I tried switching to
windows magnifier and poof worked like a charm. I've noticed it too mostly
with computers (any devices) with kinda still on the windows vista hardware
but is/was upgraded to the latest windows even though they say/said they
installed boosters etc... nope. I stayed away from them cuz of that reason.
