Hi Ericka:

Thanks for your concern. I'm an LCB alum and have been in touch with a number of people in the area. Thankfully, the center and its facilities are OK. However, some staff members have been affected including Pam Allen, the director of the center, whose house suffered some damage. It seems that Louisiana Tech took the hardest hit, including (according to local radio news) Woodard Hall, which houses the blindness-related programs. I know your continued prayers will be appreciated by everyone in the area.
