[BlindTlk] pdf accessibility

adobe could help this but won't.  All they would need to do is have full
accessibility checking happen on any document before saving and if
accessibility fails in any way ask the user if they want to make the
document compliant with Section 508 of the Americans With Disabilities
Act.  If the answer is yes, adobe could point out their errors and give
them an opportunity to correct with a suggestion on how to correct.
