What kind of store is this?  A department store?  I've never heard of this 
store.  I guess they don't have them in New York.  Pam.

I will also say, though, the last time I went into a Ross's store in Idaho,
I was very welcomed and got customer help right away.

your correct at the store here in Great Falls they have no customer
service folks and as far as I know, you are on your own whether blind or
sighted.
