Hello Judy,
Thanks for reaching out to us with your Google Drive questions. Google drive, to confirm others' questions, is fully accessible with JAWS, NVDA and you can use it on Google Chrome or Firefox.
I personally use Google Drive with Firefox version 65 which is the latest version, and JAWS 2019.
But you may also be interested in the actual windows client for Google Drive. You can download it from http://www.ninite.com
Choose the Google Backup & Sync checkbox within this site, and then press "get your ninite button" which will download the Google installer. You just install it and it will do its thing automatically. After the google drive folder should appear in your user or documents folder.
The advantage to this is that you can actually move, copy, or create / erate folders and files easily within Windows explorer, and the changes are synced to your Google drive.
Or, if you still want to use the Google Drive website in your browser, there are a plethora and myriad of shortcuts you can use with the keyboard to accomplish many tasks. To get a list of Drive keyboard shortcuts, if you are already in forms mode on with JAWS, you can press the question mark, (shift+slash) on your keyboard to get the list. If not, press Insert+Z to turn off the JAWS virtual PC cursor, then hit the question mark.
In summary, though, you can absolutely use Google Drive in JAWS.
Hope this has helped you, and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask them!
Sincerely,
Humberto
